Sharepoint/O365 Business Analyst

Provide a living, breathing online experience after transitioning our environment from an on-premise 2013 implementation. Our sites service a large community of teleradiologists and contains numerous clinical sites, support sites, and news sites. I work within the Project Management Office.

Project Management Office

  • Analyze and architect SharePoint Online’s information architecture as required to meet business needs

  • Assist in the definition, development and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users, stakeholders and customers

    Tracking projects utilizing agile methods, planning sprints and writing stories using Jira

  • Deploy, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections in SharePoint Online

  • Manage SharePoint groups, permissions and access rights in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy and security

  • Support end users with all SharePoint related issues, tracking issues through ServiceNow

  • Develop training materials and provide training to users with varying levels of skills

  • Creating and maintaining managed solutions for the Power Platform

  • Utlizing, maintaining and supporting 3rd party solutions and apps for SharePoint

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating SharePoint online utilizing the modern page layouts and web parts

SharePoint Online Migration

  • From 2021 - 2023, migrated and shutdown over 200 sites from SP2013 to SPO

  • Developed the environment’s Hub and Spoke design, and External/Internal deparment sites.

  • Worked with marketing department to create color themes and curate images for the environment’s look and feel

  • Worked with vendors to acquire extensions and customizations

  • Recreated all Nintex and OOTB workflows utilizing Power Automate

  • Created custom Power Apps and JSON forms to replace custom InfoPath and Nintex forms

  • Scheduled, Tracked, then Reviewed all site moves with all stakeholders

  • Utilized ShareGate for bulk of site moves and permissioning.

Lead the Minnesota branch of the New Hire Concierge Service - A “white glove’ service that ensured new hires would have all assets and accounts ready on their first day as well as a training session and dedicated support for 14 business days.

Over 300 new hires completed the program with an over 95% 3 day complete readiness score.

Acted as the sole Tier 1 and 2 technician for a medium sized company of around 200 users. Configuring, imaging and deployment of workstations and printers. Administrated hosted Office 365 and anti-virus licensing. Maintained an up-to-date and accurate inventory of all assets and supplies. I also administrated a SharePoint 2013 Server implementation with several web applications.
